Mrs. Kirti Lakhotia, the Chairman cum Managing Director of LCC, is an IT visionary and often foresees the trends in the IT industry. Originally from a business family based in Delhi she has always been involved in business operation from a very early age. She has been actively involved in the operation and progress of LCC since its inception. She is also the first one to introduce the concept of Home Center computer training in India. As the Ex-Chairperson of the FICCI (Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce) Ladies Organization she introduced the concept of Computer Training in several government and private sector banks and corporates. This achievement was a milestone in the I.T. Training Industry. She is extremely committed as she is actively involved with several social and charitable organizations like Rotary club, Lions Club and various other Social Service Organization.

Mr. Sidharth Lakhotia, Chief Executive Officer. His dynamism and enthusiasm with innovative ideas adds the leading edge to the company. Graduated with a double major in Business Process Management and Computer Information Systems from Indiana University, U.S.A. He is actively involved in all technological aspects related to Computer Training and Software Development. With strong focus on working towards the introduction of new curriculums with latest . Usually front-ending the company and actively involved in the day-to-day operational activities of the company.

Mr. Pratik Lakhotia, Director . He is youngest member of the board. He has completed Management Courses from USA, young, dynamic, enthusiastic with excellent communication skill and expertise in Information Technology. He is exposed in the latest business processes and also in responsible for exploring the opportunities of possible International expansion.

Mr. Gopal Krishna Gupta, an eminent management guru from Punjab University is also a renowned business man and is running an export house of Agro products. He has also held positions as Director, VP and Chairman at National Cooperative Union, National Consumer Co-operative Federation of India and Constofed Chandigarh among others. He is the winner of Special Co-operative Award from Punjab state govt. He has contributed towards the development of corporative movement in Punjab and he introduced Computer Training to corporative societies and its members. He also assisted in developing computer software for corporative activities. He was instrumental in uniting several cooporatives by centralizing and computerizing the accounting procedures.

Mr. Praveen Jain, a B. Tech from IIT Delhi, MBA from Thunderbird University -Arizona, USA and is a Senior Manager Global operations of Intel Corporation USA for last 17yrs. A dynamic Technologist and Administrator involved with several research and development programs with the company. He also updated the company in I.T. and other computer related activities. He has also been instrumental in generating several prospective leads for various projects directly from USA.

Mr. Kamaljit Singh, A reputed Industrialist and having vast experience in the field of finance has recently joined the Board of Directors of the company. He is also the member of the Audit Committee of the Company. Mr. Singh is a commerce graduate from the University of Delhi with specialization in finance.
